The attack also destroyed&nbsp;<strong>49 civilian homes<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>2 schools<\/strong>, according to a statement released by&nbsp;<strong>TNLA<\/strong>&nbsp;(Ta\u2019ang National Liberation Army) on&nbsp;<strong>June 25<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The air raid was carried out on the afternoon of&nbsp;<strong>June 24<\/strong>&nbsp;using jet fighters, targeting areas within&nbsp;<strong>Kyaukme<\/strong>, which lies in&nbsp;<strong>TNLA\u2019s Brigade 2 territory<\/strong>&nbsp;in Ta\u2019ang region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, in&nbsp;<strong>Ward 3 of Kyaukme<\/strong>, the junta\u2019s bombardment injured&nbsp;<strong>two children, two men<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>a woman<\/strong>, while&nbsp;<strong>16 homes<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>1 school<\/strong>&nbsp;were severely damaged. An additional&nbsp;<strong>4 houses<\/strong>&nbsp;sustained partial damage from shrapnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simultaneously, in&nbsp;<strong>Ward 7<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>3 women and 1 man<\/strong>&nbsp;were killed by the junta\u2019s airstrikes.&nbsp;<strong>5 men and 4 women<\/strong>&nbsp;were injured, and&nbsp;<strong>7 homes<\/strong>&nbsp;along with&nbsp;<strong>a Buddhist nun school<\/strong>&nbsp;were destroyed. An additional&nbsp;<strong>22 houses<\/strong>&nbsp;suffered minor damage due to the blasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The TNLA emphasized that&nbsp;<strong>no clashes were occurring in the areas targeted<\/strong>, making the aerial attacks deliberate and systematic assaults against civilians. Airstrikes in Taungtha, Myittha, and Sintgu Kill 1 Civilian, Injure 3 Others<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>June 25<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junta airstrikes across&nbsp;<strong>Taungtha<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Myittha<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Sintgu Townships<\/strong>&nbsp;in Mandalay Region resulted in&nbsp;<strong>one civilian death<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>three injuries<\/strong>, according to revolutionary forces active in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On&nbsp;<strong>June 23 at 11:37 p.m.<\/strong>, a junta jet fighter dropped bombs near&nbsp;<strong>Nyaungdo Village<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>Taungtha Township<\/strong>, damaging a civilian home and injuring&nbsp;<strong>a man and a child<\/strong>. The&nbsp;<strong>Taungtha People&#8217;s Movement Committee<\/strong>&nbsp;stated that the injuries were not life-threatening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier that same day, at&nbsp;<strong>4:20 p.m.<\/strong>, another jet from&nbsp;<strong>Tada-U airbase<\/strong>&nbsp;bombed the northern farmlands near&nbsp;<strong>Thone Gyi Village<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>Sintgu Township<\/strong>, injuring&nbsp;<strong>a woman<\/strong>&nbsp;with non-life-threatening wounds, according to the&nbsp;<strong>People&#8217;s Defense Team of Pyin Oo Lwin District<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later that night, at&nbsp;<strong>9:10 p.m.<\/strong>, a jet fighter from&nbsp;<strong>Shan Dae Airbase<\/strong>&nbsp;dropped bombs near&nbsp;<strong>Ukkam Village<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>Myittha Township<\/strong>, resulting in the&nbsp;<strong>death of a local woman<\/strong>, as stated in the official report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In light of these incidents, local revolutionary groups are urging residents to&nbsp;<strong>remain highly alert<\/strong>&nbsp;to military airstrikes and&nbsp;<strong>dig protective trenches and shelters<\/strong>&nbsp;as a precautionary defense measure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9&nbsp;<strong>3. 4 Junta Soldiers Killed in Mine Ambush on Military Convoy Moving from Tada-U to Ngazun<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>June 25<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A convoy of junta soldiers traveling by truck from&nbsp;<strong>Tada-U Township<\/strong>&nbsp;toward&nbsp;<strong>Ngazun Township<\/strong>&nbsp;was ambushed by landmines, resulting in the&nbsp;<strong>deaths of four soldiers<\/strong>, according to&nbsp;<strong>Special Task Force Ngazun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On&nbsp;<strong>June 23 at 1:46 p.m.<\/strong>, approximately&nbsp;<strong>40 junta troops<\/strong>&nbsp;traveling from&nbsp;<strong>Gwaykone checkpoint<\/strong>&nbsp;near Tada-U toward&nbsp;<strong>Myotha Industrial Zone<\/strong>&nbsp;in Ngazun were ambushed by&nbsp;<strong>six planted mines<\/strong>&nbsp;laid by resistance forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The attack resulted in&nbsp;<strong>four junta soldiers killed<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>nineteen others wounded<\/strong>, with&nbsp;<strong>two reported to be in critical condition<\/strong>. Junta Troops Torch and Destroy Khwet Ma Village in Minhla Township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>June 25<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Myanmar military set fire to&nbsp;<strong>Khwet Ma Village<\/strong>, which has more than&nbsp;<strong>200 households<\/strong>, in&nbsp;<strong>Minhla Township, Bago Region<\/strong>, during the morning hours of&nbsp;<strong>June 25<\/strong>, according to local sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>terrorist junta forces<\/strong>&nbsp;entered the village at around&nbsp;<strong>7 a.m.<\/strong>&nbsp;without any clashes occurring and deliberately set the village ablaze, locals reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to military incursions into villages across&nbsp;<strong>Minhla Township<\/strong>, most of the residents of Khwet Ma had already fled on&nbsp;<strong>June 24<\/strong>. However,&nbsp;<strong>elderly villagers who remained behind may have perished<\/strong>, according to concerns expressed by community members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>News outlet&nbsp;<strong>MinhlaThadin<\/strong>&nbsp;also reported that on the evening of&nbsp;<strong>June 24<\/strong>, the junta forces had fired heavy artillery toward&nbsp;<strong>Ngala Sann Village<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Khwet Ma Village<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>San Boat Village<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the death of junta officers in a&nbsp;<strong>battle near the Takwinta Sone checkpoint<\/strong>&nbsp;on&nbsp;<strong>June 16<\/strong>, the military has escalated its operations in Minhla Township\u2014raiding and torching villages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result,&nbsp;<strong>over 10,000 local civilians<\/strong>&nbsp;from around&nbsp;<strong>40 villages<\/strong>&nbsp;have been displaced and are currently living as&nbsp;<strong>war refugees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9&nbsp;<strong>5. Junta Uses Over 80 Bombs Including 500-lb and 300-lb Bombs in Battle Near Shwe Thone Village, Naungcho Township<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>June 25<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a battle that took place near&nbsp;<strong>Shwe Thone Village<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>Naungcho Township<\/strong>, junta forces used&nbsp;<strong>over 80 bombs in a single day<\/strong>, including&nbsp;<strong>500-lb and 300-lb bombs<\/strong>, according to a&nbsp;<strong>June 25 statement<\/strong>&nbsp;by the&nbsp;<strong>Democratic People\u2019s Liberation Army (DPLA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The clashes occurred on&nbsp;<strong>June 24<\/strong>&nbsp;between junta troops and a joint revolutionary force comprising the&nbsp;<strong>DPLA<\/strong>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<strong>Ta\u2019ang National Liberation Army (TNLA)<\/strong>&nbsp;near Shwe Thone Village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The junta began firing small arms at&nbsp;<strong>12:20 p.m.<\/strong>, later launching heavy artillery attacks targeting areas near the villages where revolutionary forces were present. The battle reportedly ended around&nbsp;<strong>2:10 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to the battle, between&nbsp;<strong>9:19 a.m. and 10:07 a.m.<\/strong>, the junta dropped&nbsp;<strong>22 bombs<\/strong>&nbsp;using&nbsp;<strong>Y-12 aircraft<\/strong>.
