The San Francisco Bay Area Community<\/strong> has announced, \u201cLet us all come together to openly and warmly discuss the pressing issues currently facing our homeland.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the gathering, Union Minister Daw Zin Mar Aung is expected to provide updates on the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and developments in the ongoing revolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ambassador Md. Monowar Hossain<\/strong>, who had assumed his post in September 2023<\/strong>, was recalled amid rising diplomatic tensions between Myanmar and Bangladesh. Sources indicate the recall is related to recent objections raised by Myanmar\u2019s military junta regarding alleged contacts between Arakan Army (AA)<\/strong> and Bangladeshi officials in Rakhine State<\/strong>, where AA maintains territorial control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The junta reportedly opposed what it described as ongoing relations between the Bangladesh government<\/strong> and the Arakan Army (AA)<\/strong>, which contributed to this diplomatic development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a public statement, Bangladesh\u2019s National Security Advisor, Khairul Alam Kalam<\/strong>, emphasized the need for engaging with the AA<\/strong>, citing its importance for border security<\/strong> and regional stability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

U Aung San Oo<\/strong> has submitted a new application to Kamaryut District Court<\/strong> on May 29, 2025<\/strong>, seeking approval to sell one acre of land<\/strong> from Plot No. 54<\/strong>, located on University Avenue Road, Yangon<\/strong>, excluding the area that includes Daw Aung San Suu Kyi\u2019s residence<\/strong>, according to reports by Mizzima News.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plot No. 54, officially registered under Daw Khin Kyi\u2019s name<\/strong>, spans a total of 1.923 acres<\/strong>. The latest request pertains to selling 1 acre<\/strong> either through auction or direct sale<\/strong>, pending a court ruling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next court hearing regarding the matter has been scheduled for June 5<\/strong>, during which Daw Aung San Suu Kyi\u2019s legal team<\/strong> is expected to respond to the new application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, U Aung San Oo<\/strong> attempted to auction the entire Plot No. 54<\/strong> on four separate occasions<\/strong>, but failed to secure a buyer. Additionally, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi\u2019s legal team<\/strong> has consistently opposed such auction efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation has officially announced that medical treatment has been administered to the young female elephant \u201cTin Hla Hla,\u201d who sustained injuries from a landmine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe care and prayers of elephant lovers have greatly contributed to the healing process of Tin Hla Hla. Despite her wounds and temporary immobility, the elephant caregivers are diligently carrying out daily care activities\u2014regular bathing and cleaning, applying boric acid solution and antiseptic medication, and administering medicine to accelerate wound healing. Fortunately, although Tin Hla Hla\u2019s injury was caused by a landmine, it did not result in severe trauma to her front right leg but rather affected the surrounding flesh. Thus, an amputation was not required, which is a relief amid adversity,\u201d the statement reads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ministry also expressed its gratitude to the elephant handlers and veterinary staff who have been working tirelessly to treat and care for the injured elephant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tin Hla Hla, a 43-year-old female elephant from a timber elephant camp within a territory governed by the National Unity Government, was deployed to assist in transporting timber necessary for bridge repairs along the Myo Shoung Road in the Sit Thone Lan area of Sagaing Region. She sustained serious injuries to her front right leg after stepping on a buried landmine during the assignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to an analysis by PDF Insight<\/em>, it is now necessary to suppress and neutralize the military junta through retaliatory tactics based on fear in order to dismantle its fascist military aggression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the armed forces currently holding power in Myanmar\u2014previously known as the Tatmadaw\u2014have long subjected the civilian population to brutal violence, torching villages, looting and destroying property, and committing killings in a sustained campaign of fascist oppression and terror, the time has come to counter them with the very fear they have wielded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Former U.S. military officer Daw Mimi Win Bhat wrote on her social media platform:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDuring the democratic transition, officials made efforts to train the Myanmar military under the belief that they could be reformed. However, the 2021 coup and subsequent events have shown that reform was never truly possible. While there may be a few capable individuals within their ranks, the military institution as a whole has been thoroughly indoctrinated with toxic ideology. Years of fascist brainwashing have left them neither willing nor able to change. At this point, Myanmar urgently needs a new, professional military aligned with international standards and modern democratic values.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She emphasized that a professional military institution grounded in global norms is now imperative for Myanmar\u2019s future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recent killing of a former Lieutenant Colonel who supported the junta in Yangon, and the reported ability to strike air force bases with missiles, are said to be acts capable of instilling fear within the military. These retaliatory actions serve as a counterbalance, making the military feel the same fear and devastation\u2014loss of life, homes, and property\u2014that civilians have long endured. Only fear, it is argued, can match what they deserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The analysis identifies two key approaches to eliminating the military\u2019s fascist campaign:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Total neutralization of fascist military capabilities<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Instilling fear into those who have suppressed the people through fear<\/strong>, in equal measure<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    These methods, it argues, can encourage defections within the military and aid in dismantling the junta\u2019s authoritarian rule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Though the Myanmar military continues to bring suffering to the country through its fascist ideology and suppression of the people, the unification of pro-democracy and federal forces and the emergence of People\u2019s Defense Forces (PDFs) are laying the groundwork for the formation of a new national military. This future force, built on international standards, is envisioned to eliminate fascism and hold the current military in check through the very fear it once wielded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Peoples Revolution Supply Family<\/strong> has confirmed that, as of May 28<\/strong>, a total of 16,276 logistics personnel<\/strong> have been deployed and approximately USD 546,779<\/strong> has been raised in logistics support funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cThe table presents a comparison of logistics strength for the months of February, March, and April up to May 28. So far, 16,276 personnel have been deployed for logistics duties, and an estimated total of USD 546,779 has been raised. The logistics capacity in recent months was adversely affected due to the impact of natural disasters, causing a temporary decline. However, we expect to resume normal levels of support starting this month and moving forward,\u201d the statement explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The announcement added that further reinforcements are still being sent to the frontlines before the end of May and strongly urged all logistics personnel to remain actively engaged in fulfilling their responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    According to a statement released by SDB Bank<\/strong> on May 29, Bybit<\/strong> has successfully constructed durable latrine shelters in areas of Myanmar that were devastated by recent earthquakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cIn response to the destruction caused by the earthquake that struck on March 28, Bybit has supported the construction of clean and durable latrine shelters in the affected areas. These facilities form a critical part of Myanmar\u2019s public health infrastructure, and were built collaboratively\u2014brick by brick\u2014with the aim of raising health and sanitation standards,\u201d the statement noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Previously completed constructions were not publicly disclosed out of concern for the safety of local communities. However, given improved security conditions, they can now be revealed. The public is encouraged to share these commendable developments using the Bybit4Myanmar<\/strong> platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
