However, it is disheartening to witness that some People\u2019s Administrative Bodies are becoming less focused on the founding goals of the revolution and are engaging in power abuse, mismanagement of public funds, and self-serving behavior. Ministry of Labour Assists 73 Myanmar Migrant Workers in Thailand\u2019s Prachinburi District Following Rights Violations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>April 24 | Radio NUG<\/strong><br>The Ministry of Labour under the National Unity Government (NUG) reported that it has provided assistance to 73 Myanmar migrant workers employed at a garment factory in Prachinburi District, Thailand, who faced violations of their labor rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the ministry, the workers were dismissed without valid reason and had their names \u2014 which had already been approved for employment extension \u2014 withheld from official lists. The workers subsequently contacted the ministry to seek help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The case was reported to the Sawatdikan office in Prachinburi District, and as a result of negotiations, factory representatives agreed to reinstate the workers and signed a formal agreement at the Sawatdikan office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ministry also encouraged workers who face labor rights violations to report their concerns via official email channels or designated social media platforms for further assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>========================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc\ud83d\udccc<strong>&nbsp;5. Over 3 Million Yen Raised in Japan for Earthquake-Affected Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>April 24<\/strong><br><strong>Radio NUG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the&nbsp;<strong>NUG Support Team Japan<\/strong>, more than&nbsp;<strong>3 million Japanese yen<\/strong>&nbsp;in initial donations have been raised in Japan for communities affected by the recent earthquake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fundraising was conducted during Myanmar\u2019s traditional&nbsp;<strong>Thingyan New Year Celebration and Donation Event<\/strong>&nbsp;held on&nbsp;<strong>April 12 (Saturday)<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>April 13 (Sunday)<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>Tokyo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the two-day event, a total of&nbsp;<strong>2,950,096 yen<\/strong>&nbsp;was raised from general donations and specific fundraising efforts for earthquake relief.
