\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 1. NUG Ministry of Health Strongly Condemns the Terrorist Acts of the Junta Targeting Civilians<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 24<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NUG Ministry of Health strongly condemns the terrorist acts of the military junta, which continues to target and attack civilians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the morning of March 22, the junta deliberately and inhumanely carried out an airstrike on the Nhankhae Village Clinic in Gangaw Township, Magway Region, despite the absence of any ongoing clashes. At the time of the attack, Dr. Mya Soe Aung was treating patients at the clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result of the bombing, Dr. Mya Soe Aung (40 years old), his pregnant wife, Senior Nurse Daw Khaing Hnin Wai (39 years old), their five-year-old son, as well as patients, caretakers, and other civilians\u2014 a total of 11 people\u2014 lost their lives. An additional six individuals sustained injuries. Among the deceased were five children. The clinic was completely destroyed by fire, and nearby houses also suffered extensive damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NUG Ministry of Health has officially recognized the fallen healthcare workers as CDM Martyr Heroes and expresses deep condolences to the families of the deceased healthcare personnel, patients, and civilians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ministry strongly denounces the military junta’s ongoing attacks on civilians and vows to pursue justice for the fallen healthcare workers and innocent victims. Furthermore, it has pledged to take stringent legal action against the junta and its accomplices in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 2. DMO Local PDF Holds Graduation Ceremony for Officer Training Course (Batch 1) and Soldier Training Course (Batch 24)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The People’s Defense Force (PDF) of Demoso (DMO Local PDF), operating under the National Unity Government (NUG), held the graduation ceremony for its Officer Training Course (Batch 1) and Soldier Training Course (Batch 24) on March 23 at 2:30 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over 260 officers and soldiers completed the training, which lasted approximately 45 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony was attended by local leaders, CDM medical professionals, donors, representatives from various revolutionary forces, military officials from the Central Region Military Command, and Members of Parliament. Additionally, Union Minister U Ye Mon of the Ministry of Defense sent a congratulatory message for the occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Salingyi People’s Defense Force (Pa Ah Pha) announced on March 24 that the military had brutally tortured and executed four civilians in Salingyi Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the report, during a military offensive along Sin Phyu Kyun-Tanyaung Road between March 7 and 16, junta forces arrested and subsequently killed four civilians from Kyapin North Village in Kyapin Village Tract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The victims\u2019 bodies were discovered on March 22, and proper funeral rites have since been conducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 4. Attack on the SAC\u2019s Northwestern Regional Military Headquarters (Na Ma Kha) with 107mm Rockets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 24<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At 9:43 PM on March 23, the Northwestern Regional Military Headquarters (Na Ma Kha) of the military council, based in Monywa, Sagaing Region, was attacked with three 107mm short-range rockets targeting the headquarters office and an MI-17 military helicopter stationed there. It was reported that two of the rockets successfully hit their targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operation was led and coordinated by the Brave Warriors for Myanmar (BWM)<\/strong> in collaboration with the Freedom Revolution Force (FRF), Yan Gyi Aung (Buthidaung), Shadow (Monywa), and the Democratic Rangers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na Ma Kha serves as a crucial command center for the military council\u2019s operations, overseeing battalions deployed in Sagaing, Magway, and Chin State.<\/strong> The headquarters has been responsible for military offensives, mass killings, and aerial bombardments using warplanes and attack helicopters<\/strong> in these regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to BWM and its allied forces, this attack was designated as “BWM Mission 32”<\/strong> and carried out as an advance strike for Anti-Fascist Resistance Day,<\/strong> targeting the primary enemy command center in central Myanmar\u2019s Spring Revolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udea9\ud83d\udea9 5. Military Airstrikes on Myaing Township and Nearby Areas in Magway Region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 24<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The military council is continuing its airstrikes<\/strong> on Myaing Township and surrounding areas<\/strong> in Magway Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the early hours of March 23<\/strong>, a Mi-17 attack helicopter from Monywa\u2019s Na Ma Kha<\/strong> dropped bombs on U Yin Village Monastery<\/strong> in eastern Myaing Township. The bombs struck a monastic hall<\/strong> inside the monastery, causing severe damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, in the afternoon of the same day,<\/strong> two attack helicopters from Seikphyu-based Pa Ka Pha 22<\/strong> launched two consecutive airstrikes near Gautama Pagoda, close to Pyu outposts in Kamma Town and Nyaung Jit Pin Village in Pakokku Township.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At night<\/strong>, another Mi-17 attack helicopter from Monywa\u2019s Na Ma Kha<\/strong> conducted an aerial assault near Shwe Bontine Pagoda, northeast of Gwaygun Village in Yezakyo Township, at the border of Myaing, Salin, and Yezakyo Townships.<\/strong> The We Love Myaing<\/strong> organization has confirmed these attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Mongko Township, under Ta’ang Region Military Command (Division 2) of the Ta’ang National Liberation Army (PSLF\/TNLA),<\/strong> a public meeting was held under the leadership of the PSLF\/TNLA\u2019s Mongko District Administrative Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
