The attack reportedly caused the deaths of a young boy and two young women.<br \/>Clashes between the Mandalay PDF and SAC forces continue in Matayar, Thabeikkyin, and Naungcho Townships. The SAC, faced with increasing defeats, is resorting to war crimes, deliberately targeting civilians, according to reports.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Six Civilians Injured in Laidaw Township Over Seven Days<\/strong><br \/>From November 20 to 26, SAC forces launched 18 artillery rounds and conducted 20 drone strikes in villages in Laidaw Township. These attacks injured six civilians and destroyed three houses, two clinics, one rice mill, and two public buildings. Additionally, one civilian was arbitrarily arrested.<br \/>On November 20, the SAC\u2019s Infantry Battalion 264 fired two 120mm shells\u2014one at Chain Chaung Bridge and another at Ale Kyun village. Drone attacks occurred in villages including Kanyin Gyo and Kyaung Kone. Further strikes were conducted on November 21, targeting nine locations and causing significant damage.<br \/>Reports indicate that SAC forces deliberately targeted civilian infrastructure and homes, causing injuries and destruction in Kanyin Gyo, Kyaung Kone, and other villages. Arbitrary arrests and shelling in the region have created ongoing fear and devastation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Major SAC Casualties and Captures in Loikaw<\/strong><br \/>In Karenni State\u2019s Loikaw Township near Lin Phone Lay village, SAC troops suffered significant losses, including the death of a battalion commander and several other soldiers. Five SAC soldiers were captured alive.<br \/>On November 25, at around 6 PM, local defense forces, including Loikaw PDF Battalions 2 and 3, KNDF BO-2, and PNLA, jointly counterattacked an advancing SAC column. Over 30 SAC troops were reportedly killed, and significant weapons and ammunition, including rifles and mortars, were seized.<br \/>KNDF Deputy Commander-in-Chief Mawikla commented on Facebook, mocking the SAC\u2019s weakened state. Meanwhile, some SAC troops reportedly deserted, and the military has retreated temporarily.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>30 SAC Troops Killed in Min Done Township Assault<\/strong><br \/>In Magway Region\u2019s Min Done Township near Kyoe Wa village, SAC forces stationed in the area were attacked by local resistance forces, resulting in approximately 30 SAC fatalities.<br \/>On November 22, drones were used to attack SAC forces infiltrating homes in Kyoe Wa village. Resistance forces later launched a targeted assault on November 26, capturing weapons and equipment while suffering minimal injuries themselves.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Myanmar Sees Record Number of Displaced Civilians, Reaching 3.4 Million<\/strong><br \/>The number of displaced civilians in Myanmar has reached a record high of 3.4 million due to ongoing conflict, according to a UN OCHA Myanmar report on November 27.<br \/>The intensified conflict since October 2023 has affected 12 of the country\u2019s 15 regions and states, displacing millions and causing widespread civilian casualties.
