When I hear such news, I make a firm decision in my mind. The first priority is to ensure that the revolution ends successfully and quickly in order to prevent further harm to the public. The second priority is that once the revolution is over, we must devise the best strategies for rehabilitating those who have suffered physical and mental harm,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
