    Dr. Win Myat Aye, Union Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management of the National Unity Government, stated the following in his message to end violence against women and girls in the last week of November:<\/p>\n

    \u201cAccording to data collected up to the 8th<\/sup>\u00a0of this month, during this time, over 2,700 women have been arrested, over 400 have been killed, and over 100 have been raped. Myanmar no longer has a rule of law. International courts must take action as soon as possible.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Union Minister Dr. Win Myat Aye also emphasized the need for the international community to learn about the killing of women and children in Myanmar and to provide\u00a0assistance.<\/p>\n

    2. Military leaders are using rape and violence against women as a weapon<\/h5>\n

    Dr. Sasa, Union Minister of International Cooperation of the National Unity Government stated that the military leaders are using rape and violence against women as a weapon.<\/p>\n

    In the last week of November, Union Minister Dr. Sasa said, \u201cLooking at what these terrorist military leaders and generals are doing in Myanmar, it is clear that rape and violence against women are atrocious. The evidence of what happened to the Rohingya women shows that the brutal military leaders are using abuse and violence as a weapon.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Since the military coup in Myanmar, there have been over 100 cases of rape and over 400 murders of women.<\/p>\n

    3. With the assistance of donors, the NUG Ministry of Women, Youths and Children Affairs provides women\u2019s personal items and blankets for female comrades from the KNDF battalion in Kachin State<\/h5>\n

    The Ministry of Women, Youths and Children Affairs issued the following notification on November 27:<\/p>\n

    \u201cWith the help of donors, the Ministry of Women, Youths and Children Affairs was able to provide women\u2019s personal items and blankets for female comrades from the KPDF battalion in Kachin State as part of the White Ribbon Campaign for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.\u201d<\/p>\n

    The campaign to end violence against women will run for 16 days beginning November 25.<\/p>\n

    4. On December 10, there will be a demonstration in New York City demanding the restoration of human rights in Myanmar<\/h5>\n

    According to reports, a demonstration will be held on December 10 in New York City, USA, under the banner \u201cLet\u2019s Save Motherland Myanmar to Restore Human Rights.\u201d<\/p>\n

    The New York City Burmese Community announced: \u201cA demonstration will be held on December 10 to call for an immediate end to the violence and the immediate release of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and those arrested unjustly, promoting women\u2019s rights and protecting children\u2019s rights.\u201d<\/p>\n

    All Myanmar nationals are invited to join the NYCBC team members in the demonstration on December 10.<\/p>\n

    The New York City Burmese Community also said that the protests abroad can alert the government of the respective country through politics and influence the foreign policy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    5. The military junta troops that invaded Lwingyi Village in Kantbalu township went on a rampage and attacked Thintaw Village again with heavy and light weapons<\/h5>\n

    The military troops are roving and rampaging through the villages in Kanbalu Township, according to the Kotaungbo Revolution (KTB-R).<\/p>\n

    \u201cThe military council troops that invaded Lwingyi Village this morning emerged from the east of the village, crossed the railroad, and entered Thintaw Village while firing heavy and light weapons,\u201d stated the Kotaungbo Revolution (KTB-R).<\/p>\n

    A joint group of the terrorist military council troops and Pyu Saw Htee militia set fire to nearly 800 houses in two villages in Karboe region, on the south side of Kanbalu Township, in a single day on November 22.<\/p>\n

    6. Three soldiers were killed when a terrorist military vehicle that entered the Karenni Revolution Union\u2019s (KRU) operational area was mined<\/h5>\n

    On November 27, the Karenni Revolution Union (KRU) reported, \u201cA vehicle belonging to the terrorist military that entered the area of operation of the Karenni Revolution Union (KRU) was attacked with mines and the area clearance was done. Three soldiers were killed and the military vehicle was damaged as a result of the mine attack.\u201d<\/p>\n

    The Karenni Revolution Union (KRU) also stated that they require assistance with ammunition as the conflict with the military council troops in the Karenni area may become more intense.<\/p>\n

    \u201cAccording to the drug report, members of the No.1Police Station of the Karenni State Police (KSI), KNDF B-08 KNDF-CDM members, and local village officials conducted a drug search in the control area of No. 1 Police Station and seized other evidence from the 3 suspects as well as 2,535 pink narcotic tablets with WY logos.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Karenni State Police (KSI) have frequently arrested drug dealers in the Karenni region.<\/p>\n

    8. The Thabeikkyin Revolution (TR) issued a final warning not to use terrorist military products in Thabeikkyin Township<\/h5>\n

    The Thabeikkyin Revolution (TR) issued a warning statement asking people to refrain from using military products on November 27.<\/p>\n

    The products that come with a warning not to use military products include Myanmar Beer, Red Ruby cigarettes, Mytel Sim cards, and Mytel WiFi.<\/p>\n

    In Sagaing Division, defense forces set up roadside checkpoints, and any military-product Myanmar Beer that passes through is destroyed in front of the public.<\/p>\n
