    Union Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khaing Thann included this during the 73rd<\/sup>\u00a0Cabinet Meeting of the National Unity Government held on November 1.<\/p>\n

    \u201cThere is another issue to which we must pay special attention. As the revolution takes longer time, the terrorist military council may use all kinds of resources and plan one by one to make things different for the revolutionary groups. For that, we will have to prepare, respond, and plan with special caution.\u201d\u2014 Union Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khaing Thann said.<\/p>\n

    At present, the terrorist military leader is trying to deceive the ethnic revolutionary groups under the pretext of peace talks.<\/p>\n

These actions will stop only when we unite and root out this terrorist military council. What is important at this time is to work together to stop the inhuman acts of the terrorist military. At this time, the military council\u2019s biggest fear is that we will unite and respond. They will also disturb it by all means.\u201d<\/p>\n

    At the United Nations, Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun said that domestic justice system in Myanmar has failed since the illegal military coup<\/h5>\n

    At the 22nd<\/sup>\u00a0Plenary Discussion of the 77th<\/sup>\u00a0Session of the UN General Assembly, U Kyaw Moe Tun, Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, stated the following while discussing the report of the International Criminal Court.<\/p>\n

    \u201cOur domestic justice system has failed since the illegal military coup in February 2021 and we have been looking for the help through the international justice system including ICC to bring the perpetrators of heinous crimes committed in Myanmar to justice.\u201d<\/p>\n

    The ambassador also states that Myanmar military continues committing systematic, widespread serious violations of human rights including massacres, air strikes on civilians and whole-sale arson.<\/p>\n

    On November 2, the NUG Representative office in Australia described that the CRPH\/NUG Support Group (Australia) was awarded the 2022 Sir Ronald Wilson Human Rights Award by the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID).<\/p>\n

    It states, \u201cThe Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) has awarded the Sir Ronald Wilson Human Rights Award (2022) to CRPH\/NUG Support Group (Australia). Big Congratulations! to CRPH\/NUG Support Group (Australia)! It is absolutely deserved and very proud & high Honour! Cheers to CRPH\/NUG Support Group (Australia) and our Burmese (Myanmar) community in Australia!\u201d<\/p>\n

    The Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) presents this award annually to individuals and organizations who have made strong efforts for human rights.<\/p>\n

    The CRPH\/NUG Support Group (Australia) is a group that is providing the main support activities for the Spring Revolution.<\/p>\n

    The UK Myanmar Embassy stated that journalists in Myanmar are facing arbitrary detention, prosecution and extreme violence, simply for reporting the truth<\/h5>\n

    On the occasion of the International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists which fells on November 2, the UK Embassy in Myanmar released a statement that journalists in Myanmar face arbitrary detention, prosecution and extreme violence, simply for reporting the truth.<\/p>\n

    The complete statement is, \u201cJournalists in Myanmar face arbitrary detention, prosecution and extreme violence, simply for reporting the truth. Since the coup in 2021, at least 4 journalists have been killed by the military in complete impunity.<\/p>\n

    So on this international day to end impunity for crimes against journalists, we remember and pay tribute to all the journalists in Myanmar who have risked their lives and their freedom to provide vital news and information for the people of Myanmar.<\/p>\n

    Nearly 50 journalists are still in detention and 22 media workers have now been unjustly convicted since the coup. This includes the BBC Media Action freelance producer Htet Htet Khine, who was last month sentenced to six years hard labour.<\/p>\n

    The UK condemns any violation of media freedom and believes those abusing or restricting media freedom must be held to account.\u00a0 We will continue to support a range of emergency protection services to help the safety of journalists and human rights defenders in Myanmar and across the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

    On November 2, the Natogyi People\u2019s Defense Force, Myingyan District Batallion-4 of the People\u2019s Defense Force of the MOD, released a military report.<\/p>\n

    It states, \u201cOn November 1, at around 8:00 a.m., the Natogyi People\u2019s Defense Force bombed the Natogyi City Police Station with a drone, killing a policeman who was guarding the station gate and injuring another one.\u201d<\/p>\n

    The Natogyi People\u2019s Defense Force (Myingyan District Battalion-4) is a revolutionary force that is resisting the military council.<\/p>\n

    The third campaign of \u201cFor Our People,\u201d initiated by the NUGPay family, the anti-snake venom fundraising program, raised over 170 million kyats<\/h5>\n

    On November 2, the NUGPay family announced that, with the contribution of the revolutionary people, the NUGPay family had raised 17,895,300 DMMK in the third fundraising campaign of \u201cFor Our People,\u201d the anti-snake venom fundraising program.<\/p>\n

    The NUGPay family stated that the funds raised were donated to the Ministry of Health of the National Unity Government.<\/p>\n

    NUGpay currently has about 15,000 users and it is the only financial system free from the control of the military dictator.<\/p>\n

    In Yangon, pickpockets commit systematic crimes on buses<\/h5>\n

    In October, the people of Yangon unanimously said that more gangs committed pickpocketing.<\/p>\n

    \u201cMainly during rush hours in the morning and evening when people are going to and coming back from work. When one of them [pickpockets] picks a pocket from a passenger, the other three or four monitor, and the surrounding people do not dare say anything even if they see it. They often bring weapons,\u201d said a resident of Yangon.<\/p>\n

    There was a report the previous day that a man on YBS 42 in Yangon was robbed of his iPhone 11, and when he screamed for help in the bus, seven people came out with knives to fight, and he had to stay still.<\/p>\n

    Even though people went to the police station to complain about these pickpocket incidents, some police stations even asked them to go home under the pretext of station security.<\/p>\n
