The policies of our government are based on the policies of democracy in accordance with the principles of democracy and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Acting President added that Myanmar is a diverse society, and only if it is a society that respects the right to freedom of opinion and dissent, will there be fewer side effects in building a federal union system by consolidating different representations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h5 id=\"NEWS02\" class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\">NUG Union Minister U Tin Tun Naing says that the division and creation of dissension by the military dictator must be able to be fought back<\/h5>\n<p>On October 27, Union Minister U Tin Tun Naing posted on social media, \u201cIf we want to root out the dictator, we must prove that our unity is not temporary but eternal. We must be able to resist and fight back the division and dissension created by the dictator and his atrocities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The terrorist military council is spreading fake news and misinformation through their propaganda television and misleading the public.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"NEWS03\" class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\">At the United Nations General Assembly, Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun urges the ICJ and the ICC to listen to the voices of the people of Myanmar<\/h5>\n<p>At the Meeting of the 77<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Session of the UN General Assembly, U Kyaw Moe Tun, Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, urged the following while discussing the \u201cReport of the International Court of Justice\u201d on October 27.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is dangerous if international justice is seen to undermine democratic forces in a conflict State. This may cast doubt on the credibility of international law. I wish, therefore, to urge the ICJ and the ICC to listen to the voices of the people of Myanmar and for the courts to bring justice to the victims.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The ambassador also stated, \u201cI wish to call for the courts to bring justice to the victims regarding the atrocities directed against the Rohingya during military operations in 2016 and 2017.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The ambassador added that the National Unity Government has issued a statement expressing its appreciation of the ICJ\u2019s judgement, which sweeps aside the illegal military junta\u2019s spurious objections, clears the way for substantive hearings on the atrocities directed against the Rohingya during military operations in 2016 and 2017.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"NEWS04\" class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\">The NUG Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and his team met with Professor Yanghee Lee<\/h5>\n<p>It is reported that the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the National Unity Government met with Professor Yanghee Lee at the NUG Representative Office in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n<p>On October 28, U Aung Kyaw Moe, Advisor at the Ministry of Human Rights of the National Unity Government, said, \u201cTogether with the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of National Unity, U Moe Zaw Oo, we had a very fruitful discussion with Professor Yanghee Lee, the founding member of the Special Advisory Council for Myanmar and the former UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Myanmar, and her team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also stated that, during the meeting, the current situation in Myanmar, the serious human rights violations by the Myanmar military, and other issues, including the Rohingya issue, were discussed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"NEWS05\" class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\">Myawaddy Mingyi Sayadaw, who participated actively in the Spring Revolution, passed away with heart disease in Mae Sot Hospital in Thailand<\/h5>\n<p>It is reported that Myawaddy Mingyi Sayadaw passed away at the hospital in Mae Sot, Thailand at 10:00 p.m. on October 27 during emergency hospitalization.<\/p>\n<p>Sayadaw Ven. Ariyavensa Bhivamsa (Dhammacariya-Vatansaka), the Buddhist monk of Myawaddy Mingyi monastery, passed away due to ischemic heart disease. Sayadaw was 71 years old and monastic life 51 years old at the time of his passing away.<\/p>\n<p>Sayadaw is a Buddhist monk who is participating peacefully in preaching against the military dictatorship and has been released from the military dictator\u2019s arrest recently.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"NEWS06\" class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\">Rallies will be held in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles to call for justice for the aerial attack on A Nang Pa in Hpakant, Kachin State<\/h5>\n<p>It is reported that the United Multi-Ethnic Rallies Calling for Justice for Genocidal Airstrikes in Kachin State will be held in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles on October 29.<\/p>\n<p>Ma Khin Thiri Nandar Soe, who is leading the rallies, told Radio NUG that the rallies will be held with Myanmar people from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on October 29.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201c<em>I am one of the founders of a group called \u2018<strong>Alliance for Democracy in Myanmar<\/strong>\u2019, which includes various revolutionary forces from various ethnic groups. They are asking for 3,500 baht if they want to get back their passports.
