Turn off the lights and be quiet!<\/p>\n<p>A blackout movement will be conducted on October 28, starting at 8:30 p.m. for exactly 10 minutes. We must prove that there is no more impunity for the serious international crimes committed in Myanmar. In this regard, the National Unity Government informed the International Criminal Court that Myanmar accepts the Court\u2019s jurisdiction. We will continue to fully cooperate with all accountability efforts, including the Independent Investigative Mechanism for Myanmar and the application of the principle of universal jurisdiction.
