    On September 7, the Acting President, Duwa Lashi La, delivered a message that many controlled territories and governed will emerge in the second year of the People\u2019s Defensive War.<\/p>\n

    It was stated in the State of Union Address by the Acting President on the One-Year Anniversary of the Declaration of the People\u2019s Defensive War.<\/p>\n

    \u201cWe, the National Unity Government, would like to say that in the second year of the People\u2019s Defensive War, the people\u2019s revolution will be accelerating and many controlled territories will emerge.\u201d \u2014 Acting President said.<\/p>\n

    \u201cThe fascist terrorist military leaders are only murderers, criminals, and people\u2019s enemies, while our PDF Army and revolutionaries are people\u2019s beloved heroes.\u201d \u2014 Acting President said.<\/p>\n

    In addition, the Acting President added that the National Unity Government is doing its best for the education, health care, and basic sustenance and accommodation of the people in the area governed by the National Unity Government.<\/p>\n

    At present, the National Unity Government (NUG) has governed 36 townships in Magway and Sagaing Divisions and is implementing people\u2019s administration, education, and health care sectors in the three townships of Katha, Kawlin, and Kanbalu.<\/p>\n

    After the military coup on February 1, 2021, the terrorist military council arrested over ten thousand people and tortured and killed over two thousand.<\/p>\n

How was it able to achieve progress? The PDF has emerged as a new army that cannot be defeated by the enemy.\u201d<\/p>\n

    In September 2021, the National Unity Government announced the start of the People\u2019s Defensive War.<\/p>\n

    Currently, there are 257 People Defense Force (PDF) battalions, 250 township defense forces (PaKaPha), and 401 local defense forces (LDFs) and youth urban guerrilla groups.<\/p>\n

    Minister Dr. Tu Hkawng says that if the terrorist military leader Min Aung Hlaing is not put to an end as soon as possible, the 100,000 Ks. banknote might come out like in Vietnam<\/h5>\n

    In September, Union Minister Dr. Tu Hkawng posted, \u201cIn Myanmar, which is ruled by generals who say they love their country, banknotes are changing rapidly. From 100 Ks. banknote to 75 Ks. banknote, 45 Ks. banknote, and 90 Ks. banknote in Nay Win years; from 1,000 Ks. banknote to 5,000 Ks. banknote in Than Shwe years; 10,000 Ks. banknote in Thien Sein years; and if we do not put Min Aung Hlaing years to an end, there might be the 100,000 Ks. banknote coming out like in Vietnam. The 50,000 Ks. banknote will probably come out soon, I think.\u201d<\/p>\n

    On September 7, U Tun Aung Shwe, NUG Representative in Australia, said, \u201cThe Special Advisory Council for Myanmar (SAC-M)\u2019s release of a Briefing Paper on Effective Control in Myanmar on September 5, 2022 is particularly meaningful for the One-Year Anniversary of the Formation of the People Defense Force (PDF), and for Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun to be able to continue his duties at the United Nations for another year.\u201d<\/p>\n

    U Tun Aung Shwe also added that the ability to control the territory is one of the three important considerations for representation at the United Nations, and it also describes the progress achieved during one year of the People\u2019s Defensive War.<\/p>\n

    A Briefing Paper on \u201cEffective Control in Myanmar\u201d was published by the Special Advisory Council for Myanmar (SAC-M) on September 5.<\/p>\n

    According to the paper, the military council is capable of controlling only about 17% of the territory of Myanmar.<\/p>\n

    It is also expressed in the paper that SAC-M\u2019s analysis finds that the NUG and resistance organizations have effective control over 52% of the territory of Myanmar.<\/p>\n

    The Dog Killer\u2019s People\u2019s Defense Force-Myinmu (DK PDF-MMU), a local people defense force in Monywa Township, said that an attack on about 20 soldiers stationed in the B.E.H.S. (1), Myinmu, was carried out at around 8:15 p.m. on September 6.<\/p>\n

    It is said, \u201cAt around 8:15 p.m. last night, we carried out an attack on about 20 soldiers stationed in the B.E.H.S. (1) with a 40-mm artillery shell and a special mine (monster mine), and also carried out a diversionary attack on the City bypass road.\u201d<\/p>\n

    The attack was carried out jointly by the People\u2019s Army to Fight Dictatorship (PADF), the Dog Killer\u2019s People\u2019s Defense Force-Myinmu (DK PDF-MMU), People Knight Defense Force-Myinmu (PKDF MMU), Taungtha People\u2019s Defense Force (TTA PDF), and D.B.B.F People\u2019s Defense Force Myinmu.<\/p>\n
