    During the public question-and-answer program in September, U Yee Mon, Union Minister of Defense, revealed that the military council troops are no longer capable of fighting on the ground.<\/p>\n

    \u201cIf we look at the current military situation on the ground, we can see that the military council troops are no longer capable of fighting well on the ground. They can no longer do well in sending reinforcements either. They even use helicopters to deliver supplies to the troops. There is only one thing left that the military council troops who are suffering substantial losses can do. They are killing and burning down civilians and villages that support PDF.\u201d \u2014 The Union Minister stated.<\/p>\n

    The National Unity Government announced the start of the People\u2019s Resistance War on September 7, 2021.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    The Deputy Minister Dr. Sai Khaing Myo Tun says that everyone knows that Myanmar\u2019s military leaders have used psywar throughout the ages<\/h5>\n

    In September, Union Minister Dr. Tu Hkawng wrote on social media and said, \u201cOur journey is only going forward; there is no going back. There will be casualties on both sides of the war. It is too much that the military council arbitrarily burned down people\u2019s houses. This is breaking the boundary line with the people. The losses on their side include those soldiers who ran away, those soldiers who fell, people\u2019s love, financial, and psychological, as well as the situation that the members of Thein Sein government no longer support them.\u201d<\/p>\n

    On February 1, 2021, the military seized state power unjustly.<\/p>\n

    Currently, due to the rise in gold prices and foreign exchange rates, the whole country is suffering from high commodity prices.<\/p>\n

    Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun, Permanent Representative of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar delivered a statement at the UNFPA Segment for Country Programmes during the Second Regular Session 2022 of the Executive Board of UNDP, UNFPA and UNOPS, held on 1 September 2022.<\/p>\n

    \u201cWhile it is due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the illegal military coup is another underlying reason of all causes. In these challenging times, women and girls have been extremely vulnerable. The social and economic development of the country and the well-being of all people in Myanmar have been seriously affected by the illegal military coup. Significant numbers of women and girls have been subjected to various forms of abuse, torture, and displacement. The heartbreaking crisis caused by the military junta and its atrocities must be addressed by all means in a timely manner.\u201d \u2014 Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun stated.<\/p>\n

    The ambassador also added that the economic aspect is also of particular concern. Whilst the increasing inflation is extremely shocking for the economy of Myanmar, it has immediate adverse impacts on the livelihoods and businesses of people living in Myanmar, and the situation is likely to deteriorate even further.<\/p>\n

    Support of 55,000 Thai baht to the Prime Minister\u2019s Office of the National Unity Government to be used in areas needed for the revolution<\/h5>\n

    On September 3, the Prime Minister\u2019s Office released a record of support and donations.<\/p>\n

    The announcement states, \u201cThe office would like to record and honor the following support to the Prime Minister\u2019s Office for use in the areas needed in the revolution: 13,000 baht from the Support to CDM Myanmar (proceeds from the sale of spring revolution mugs) to support CDM; 17,000 baht from the Golden Sisters (Japan); and 25,000 baht from the Spring Support (Singapore).\u201d<\/p>\n

    On September 3, a local defense force in Monywa Township, namely the Special Forces-11 PDF, released a battle report.<\/p>\n

    It states, \u201cOn receiving information that three minibuses carrying junta soldiers passed through Chaung-U toward Monywa, on September 2 at around 6:15 p.m., along the Chaung-U-Monywa Road, we attacked the second minibus with three special mines.\u201d<\/p>\n

    The attack killed three soldiers on the spot, and two others were seriously injured.<\/p>\n

    The operation was jointly carried out by the Monywa People\u2019s Defense Force (pakapha) and the Special Forces-11 PDF.<\/p>\n

    On September 2, the End of Dictatorship (EOD) announced, \u201cSoon after some of the (60 ft x 80 ft) plots of the Spring Glory-1 @ Thanthumar have been changed to (40 ft x 60 ft) and sold, all plots of the Spring Glory are sold out. It was sold out in less than two days after starting sales. A total of 650 plots, 150 plots of (60 ft x 80 ft) and 500 plots of (40 ft x 60 ft) Spring Glory @Thanthumar, have been sold, earning over 10 million US dollars.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Combining with the sale of the Spring Villa @Mindhamma, over 12 million dollars have been sold.<\/p>\n

    EOD stated that now there are only a few plots of Spring Villa @Mindhamma left to be purchased, and EOD expressed its deep gratitude toward all the revolutionary people who purchased the plots and the sales representatives.<\/p>\n

    The announcement states, \u201cOn September 1, at 12:00 p.m., KNDF\/B-15 ambushed the military council soldiers who were on guard near Hteepawso Village in Hpruso Township.\u201d<\/p>\n

    It is said that the attack may have resulted in causalities from the junta side, and one member of the KNDF battalion was injured (non-critically).<\/p>\n

    On September 3, the Saw Dragon Drone Force (SDDF) released a battle report.<\/p>\n

    It states, \u201cOn September 1, the Saw Dragon Drone Force (SDDF) dropped 3 bombs on the camp of the terrorist military troops under the 11th<\/sup>\u00a0Light Infantry Division stationed near Kawtnwe Village, Kawkareik Township, and all 3 exploded near the targets.\u201d<\/p>\n

    It is said that a tent believed to be occupied by a terrorist military officer was hit with some damage, and the entire battalion left the camp immediately after the battle.<\/p>\n

    The attack may result in many causalities on the junta side, and the detailed information was said to be under investigation.<\/p>\n

    Donating at the rate of 2 books, 2 pens, 1 pencil, 1 eraser, and 1 ruler per student, the total cost of the donation (including travel expenses) will be 2000 Kyats.<\/p>\n

    The campaign will be run from September 3 to 15 in cooperation with Yadanabon University Students\u2019 Union and allied unions.<\/p>\n

    It is stated that those who want to contribute can contact the Page Messenger of the Yadanabon University Students\u2019 Union Facebook Page for inquiry, and donate via the payment platforms such as Kpay, Wavepay, NUGPay, and international payments.<\/p>\n
