On 1st October 2021, I was going to the 7th Mile Sunlun Gukyaung Vipassana Meditation Monastery to offer some donations towards the building of a Stupas at Sayadaw U Wara\u2019 Resting Place. I hoped my beloved father see me from heaven and say \u2018well done\u2019 for my good deeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After my praying and wishing, I bowed down before the Pagoda remembering those to whom I owe respect and gratitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I struck three times the Golden Big Bell shape of a hollow cup which stood near the pagoda, for saying \u2018ah-mhya\u2019 (come and share), and expected to all beings who hear it, and to say \u2018thar-du\u2019 (well done) with me the merit of my good deeds of today devotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, I had not been there since September 2020. Everything around the monastery even a piece of old memory reminds me being missing. The memories, big or small, streaming down my tears. My heart was still hurt. For the first time in my life I was glad to wear masks. Thanks to my sunglasses too. Now I glanced around the monastery for the last time today and went back home before my next teardrop falls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
